I thought legal matters were public record???? All somebody has to do is turn on a scanner and they hear just about anything!!

Well---by the time I got to the bottom of the yard---he was out of his car talking to my neighbor. It wasn't like I was sneaking up on him. My property---I have a right to know.

Don't know where on Hiram Sudie you are talking about---but just a little while ago I had a County car sitting in my driveway. I walked down to see what was going on---lets just say the little deputy was a little rude. My neighbor had called because he heard a fight going on in the house on the other side of him (it is a rental house--no clue who lives there). Before I left the side of the road---another County car and a rescue unit had pulled up. My whole problem with this is the fact that people seem to think they can use our driveway as a turn around. Just Friday and Saturday---I count

Are you sure these are correct??? They just don't seem to go with what I hear on the scanner. I take status 8 to mean they are free or finished with a call and status 6 to mean busy or tied up with something.

I heard the call come in, but never heard anything else about it. There was alot going on yesterday afternoon and last night--and I kept getting lost with it!!!

Wonder if this is Travis Tritt's horse??? He is in the corner of Pine Valley and Bennet and he has horses!!!

I think Braswell just says "Braswell". Don't they only have a part time officer??? Hiram has always been in the 700's--as far back as I can remember. The Marshalls---not sure about, but I do belive it is the 3600's.

Watch Clark's website. Since he is the coroner---if they--and I assume they did--sent the body to the crime lab---he will more than likely have the body.

School Road is in Burnt Hickory--I think. 61 north where the Burnt Hickory Ballfiedl is.

If anyone remembers about a year or so ago, there was a PC deputy injured pretty bad when he ran into a cow on 381--I think. Seems like he was headed to a call and the cow was in the middle of the road.

I heard the first calls from the female officer and she was around 61 north and at one point they were on Narroway Church Road, so YES--it started in Paulding, not Cobb. They did have Cobb County and GSP helping them when they were headed down Dabbs Bridge to 41. At one time--Cobb County was behind the guy.

They had someone run from them into a subdivision off of Merchants Drive/Bus. 6 about that time last night. They were probably shing the spotlight looking for him.

I just heard black male, white shirt and blue jeans. Didn't catch anything else.

I heard bits and pieces of this over the scanner. It was well before 4:00 AM, as I was in bed well before then. Another idea for this family would be money for parking. This can get really costly, especially if people are going in different cars. Even if you buy a weekly pass, by the time you add up gas and everything to go to Grady---it will get expensive. I know when my dad was in the hosptital---by the time everybody in the family was there several times a day---the hospital made several hundred dollars off of us!!!

School bus wreck on 120 in front of Hunters Glenn. No injuries. The bus pulled into the subdivision.

I heard them mention the railroad at one time last night. And then they were taliking about the city of Dallas. The dispatcher was asking if she needed to call the railroad to divert any traffic and the officer said no--they were finished. This was all about the time the accident was on Baker Bridge. They had several pretty bad things going on last night. I think they had life flight out here at least 3 times.

Unless I heard totally wrong---the firefighter was just onboard the ambulance for help. I think they had somebody in full cardiac arrest.

I heard the call come over the scanner and byt the time the SO got there---he was already dead. They did come over and say that whoever had called this in had sent his son to check on him. Surely somebody didn't send a young child in a situation like that.

How old is this person??? I heard a call over the scanner yesterday. It might have been him.

And so has the population in Paulding County. He has nothing to do with the people coming in. When you have an influx of people moving in, like we have had---you have to expect everything to be on the rise---crime, taxes, etc.

You don't have to tell me!!! I have lived in the same place on Hiram Sudie for 43 yrs. Never a problem until they built all the subdivisions around us. It is a shame---all of us "oldies" watch out for each other, but you never know what is going to happen next.

There are some officers out with a white Monte Carlo now---but said the tag number didn't match. Also said that it wasn't a positive on the tag number given. Dispatch said that the tag originally given did not match vehicle description. I would assume in that situation---it would be easy to get some numbers confused!!!

Well---now they have shots fired at the entrance of the Georgian. This is on the other side of the county. Sounds like a bunch of crazies are on the loose tonight!!! Just said they were looking for an older white 2 dr Monte Carlo in connection with Macland Road incident.

Haven't heard anything else---going to bed shortly. Been a long day with a migraine.
