I had basic plans to open a dog park, boarding, day care, grooming and also have wash your own facilities. Had local contractor come out but have yet to get even a ballpark estimate from them, it's been over two months! I have the property in an amazing location but need an estimate so I can try to get an investor.

The other day I drove right by my house on the way home, the sad part is I even commented on the fact that they had the same kind of horse trailer we had. I was a mile down the road before I realized I had to turn around.

Customer came in the store today and told us we had chickens running around our parking lot. Come to find out one of my co-workers was moving his pen today, some of his chickens got out. Well he thought he had got them all, but they had gotten up underneath the hood of his truck and rode from rockmart to Dallas. Definatly chickens gone bad. Some good news for the chickens though, he said he would keep those for layers instead of for his freezer. He said he would name them road and trip. This just cracked me up.

I grew up in Iowa where there is a 5 cent deposit on all bottles and cans. It's amazing how clean the roads are because people won't throw away money. Wish they would have a deposit on cans etc. here. Always thought this would be a great eagle scout project, to try to get this law passed. It also erks me to death that big box businesses (retail) throw so many things away. Things that they take time to "destroy" so you know someone could use them if they waste man hours to "destroy" them. Sell them for a discount, donate them, something!!!!

Lived just east of ashville nc for about 8 years. Hated it, ya it was pretty but that was about it. You say it seems to be more layed back, ya but to me it was just laziness. My standard phrase is great place to visit, wouldn't want to live there.

Sounds like what BBT did to me. They took someone truck note out of my account, it was clearly just two number that are transposed, but they ended up bouncing three of my checks. They gave me grief about it until my attorney that was the holder of one of those bounced checks had a little conversation with them. He didn't even charge me for that phone call!!
