Just heard it is a parking lot on 20 as far as you can see...best route is continue to Camp Creek Pkwy intersection,left on Fulton Ind Blvd N, back onto I-20 East. Will report back if this route is still ok soon. Edit: ramp from Fulton Ind East to ATL is stopped currently. Waiting to find out further updates.
