The state has determined the age of 26 for Parent to Parent. I believe they will help those with disabilities transition out of college into the work force.

I know there's a lot of you out there!

I'm in the process of working on a database of current providers for those with disabilities from birth through the age of 26 in Paulding County. You do not have to service the entire age range... just part of it. This is part of our commitment as Paulding County's Navigator Team Leaders for Parent to Parent of Georgia.
