As for your OP, I have no idea. I think a psychologist would say you discuss the issue. As for having armed people in the school, I think that is a lot more intelligent than thinking you are going to disarm the crazies by disarming law abiding citizens.

Used to be that in times of tragedy the country would put their political and religious differences aside and come together as the great nation that makes every other nation on the planet tremble in fear. I am just naive enough to believe this is what separates us from the rest of the world. I'm not planning to join the Democratic party or a Baptist church but I do think it is time we stopped the bickering and show the rest of the world we are still the greatest nation on the planet.

The cough I had seemed to originate in your throat or larynx. It would cause the vocal cords to spasm. You can't inhale when your vocal cords spasm. I have barely been to a doctor in my life and have not been admitted to a hospital since birth. That was some bad stuff.

I saw the DSOTM tour at ATL Fulton County Stadium. We smuggled an iced down case of Coors into the concert. Sounds pretty pathetic, but back in those days Coors wasn't sold anywhere east of the Mississippi River and we all thought it was wonderful. That was a great show. The Meddle Tour was at the old Municipal Auditorium which is now owned by GSU.
