Incoming chamber chairman not on board with the airport

Maybe you should get out of Yorkville more often. -
And ugly. Not you Pubs. You are the exception to the Democrats being ugly (Rosie O'Donnell / Joy Behar) rule. But you have to admit, you guys have some F.U.G.L.Y. women on your team.
-
And if you took that comment seriously, so did yours.

When there is NO intelligent rebuttal to the proposed theory, you know you have won the debate. Everything said beyond that point is nothing more than losers that can't admit their loss and lack of fact and evidence. I am going to have a beer and celebrate the world being a better place because Nelson Mandela isn't wasting my oxygen any longer. There is a silver lining behind every cloud.
-
Hell dude. Charlie Manson is a better man than Obama.
-
Suffice it to say that I won't be losing any sleep over Mandela going Tango Uniform.
-
So murder is okay this time? It is amazing how people will swallow the hook if the right bait is used. Mandela was just as bad as Apartheid. But you remind a lot of Jimmy Carter in that neither of you have never met a dictator you wouldn't blow. No sheeze Sherlock? WTF did I just say? Still doesn't make what Mandela did RIGHT.
-
Neither were right or good. Problem is, Mandela is spun into this great hero and he was no better than Apartheid. He could have easily BEEN what everyone is billing him as. He just wasn't a good enough man to do it. He wasn't able to control his need for revenge. Not unlike MLK and Obama. Not being a smart ass, just being real here. BTW, I know they all have a reason to feel a need for vengeance.
-
So who is actually (truthfully) historically correct? Here is a hint. It didn't happen both ways. He was either right up there with Jesus Christ like all the media is saying, or he was a murdering thug communist. I am old enough to remember the truth about Mandela and MLK and I ain't buying it.
-
1000+ I agree 100%. I have two regrets concerning Mandela's death. One, it didn't happen 40 years earlier and two, he didn't take Jimmy Carter with him. Just a communist that has been turned into a hero by the liberal media and college professors. Not far removed from Martin Luther King.

Do you know how to make paint stripper from corn starch and red devil lye?

Pots and pans with baked on food. Soak a fabric softener sheet to loosen it up.

Yeah and and and then, we can get our mules and wagons. I mean hell, if we are going to back up, lets take it all the way.

I hear ya. I think I'll just have some banana pudding and a glass of bourbon.

You think it was the fat content of the raw milk? My buddy from Slovenia made some cottage cheese the other day from raw milk he bought in Rockmart. Good stuff.
-
I have no doubt that you would have buddy. And it wasn't you that I was referring to. While we were struggling to defend ourselves against one wealthy guy with a handful of renegade politicians and a devious county employee, people on the west side of the county were peeing themselves with excitement because their commute from their cheap house to their job was going to be enhanced. It's that "not in my backyard" attitude that some people have that I don't care for.
-
You are right. Those folks that live around the airport were not up in arms about the county building them a road through my property. Funny how that works isn't it?

Georgia man stands ground, result 72 yr old vet with Alzheimer's dead

I have carried for 25 years and have pulled my gun once on a guy that sneaked up from behind me on the Fulton Industrial exit ramp. He could have walked up to me from the front and I would not have been suspicious of him. Instead, he walked up the shoulder, crossed over behind me and tried to stay in my blind spot as much as he could. When he got to my door he was staring down the barrel of a Glock 45. Not sure what he was up to as he didn't stick around to explain his intentions. Also had a drunk kid come to my door in the middle of the night once. I called the cops and chambered my -
I would add Ben Davidson and Ronnie Lott to that list. And I agree. Football has been neutered. NASCAR and Indy drivers know that their lives are at risk every time they strap in. Why is it that NFL players need to be protected by the league? I'm thinking it is to protect the owners investment. It was a better game when it was played by real men making less than $50,000 a year.

This is why kids shouldn't get married young.

Unfortunate. I would have probably stayed in the house if I had already called the cops. Main reason being I wouldn't want the cops to mistake me for the perp. Most people that have ever been shot at would stay in the house I think. -

Hard to tell who is the dumbest tonight. Looks to be a four way tie.
