Been using BLD for about 7 or 8 years. $48 every 3 months and I don't ever remember them raising their rates. They drive slowly into the neighborhood, unlike American who FLIES in here every week, grab the trash and they are gone. Never an issue.

Sounds like you are not alone! I wouldn't worry about hurting his feelings. My 10 year old has had to wear deodorant for about 2 years. I told him I'm gonna tell him the truth, kids can be very mean and he does not want to be labeled as the stinky kid! lol I "remind" (nag) him every day to put it on just to find out he was only making 1 swipe haha oh well we will get it right.

I also heard good things about McLendon, but not in network. We go to Hiram Family Dentistry but their ortho is only there on Fridays. Keep that in mind. Had free consultations at orthozone and Dr. Harless. My son really liked Dr. Harless which surprised me because his office is nothing fancy at all. Unlike orthozone who had the game room and is aimed towards kids. We went with Dr. Harless because #1 he was $400 cheaper, but also because I liked the fact that he only wanted to turn my son's key on his expander twice a week not once a day. We always trick or treated the day before when I was growing up. I don't know why, never really cared. My friend in Canton said her neighborhood is having trick or treat tonight. It doesn't hurt to ask.

Yeh I have a LG phone ( that I hate) using Verizon network. I'm close to Mt. Tabor Park and never have any problems. Save a ton of money using Straight Talk.

This is funny because next year my son will start middle school and he will catch the bus at the neighborhood entrance. I don't like it at all. I'm already thinking of where I'm going to watch him from (I have 2 younger children too).

I have always thought middle school aged boys were probably the most vulnerable? Because they are more likely to be alone at bus stops, restrooms, etc. I close the door to the stall I'm in so why on Earth would I care if someone brought their "child" in? Because that's what they are, children! If we don't look out for them who will!!! I'm able to let my two boys go together. You know the buddy system

I'm happy to see the good review too! I haven't heard of a water park in Cherokee, that's good to know. And thanks on the tip to "tailgate" for lunch haha That's great! My kids are 9, 6, and 2 so it would be a challenge, but fun I think. As for all the nasty kids, that's what showers are for. Besides its the same as going in the ocean if you think about it. We will just bathe real good and not drink the water! eeww

White Water I've always wanted to go, but have never been. Now of course I have 3 kids and I know they would enjoy it. But I seem to get alot of conflicting reviews from people. Did you have a great experience, or not so much? Fill me in! Is there a certain time of the week or day when it's not as crowded? I would appreciate any advice Thanks, Stacey

Also they do have a limited plan it's $30 a month. 1000 min and 1000 texts. Internet too but I never use that. I never even come close to my minutes so its been well worth it!

I got out of my Verizon contract in Sept. was with them for 5 years. I loved the coverage, but was tired of the price tag. I went with Straight Talk on the Verizon network. I'm pretty happy, especially with the price. But I will say I have had a couple of instances where my husband said he called several times and I never received the call. Don't know what that's about.

I bought the Shark about 6 months ago and I love it. Heats up in about 30 seconds. My kitchen is small so it's nice not to have to drag out a bucket and mop.
