My vet just put Rose on Benadryl last Thursday. She is about 20# and she starts with 1 tablet, 3 times per day. Then I can reduce the amount slowly.

It is hard to find a local service; and services in Cobb county do not want to do it. Please give me names of folks you have been happy with or ask your own service if they would be interested. Please! My family closes Tuesday and we would like cleaning on Wednesday. Did I say please?

I don't know why you won't adopt me!!! But tonight we are having foil packet baby red potatoes with turkey bacon, a salad, and a nice rib eye on the grill. Today I made cinnamon, sugar roasted almonds for a friend in the hospital - yum. Tomorrow I am having my "corn" with turkey bacon drippings, etc. plus whatever.

I am a yankee transplant! Grew up with breakfast, dinner, supper. But I now say breakfast, lunch, dinner. I eat twice per day plus sometimes a snack; a late breakfast (brunch) plus 8:00 pm dinner.

By the time we were feeling "good" about the house, they had no appointments left for Wednesday. I was envious of those who had appointments!! LOL.

It was a tough decision for us. So far all systems are "go" with a closing date, etc. It is very possible that they will be in the new house within 3 weeks. And gd wanted to start a new school with her class in high school. I put it in God's hands and we just have to accept what comes.

I really cannot complain. Apparently they have many, many volunteers and not everyone knows the "rules". We could not register earlier because daughter just found out Tuesday that they got a closing date on a house in Paulding. But whoever we talked to about our situation gave us the incorrect directions so we totally took the wrong stuff. That was frustrating, but the wait for not having the right document only took an hour. The other four hours were legitimate due to the amount of families there today. We hope/pray that daughter and family will know Tues or Wed that they have the final approval for house in Paulding; along with a closing date within one or two weeks. Granddaughter (high school) would like to start here in Paulding rather than current Cobb school (Paulding starts on Thur). She can stay with me for one or two weeks. I planted those tomatoes this year that grow in bunches like grapes. They are plentiful. Big tomatoes are coming in slowly. Only 1 so far and one of the dogs picked another one (lol). The small tomatoes are good but not like a nice big juicy tomato.
