Ok, so my son is a bit of a hot head. I do spank him (not beat him), do time out, take toys away, etc. and sometimes i feel like he just doesn't get it. He has been moved up to the room with the older kids (pre-k & up) at his daycare because he seems to get bored very easily and just seems to do better in the older class. I have had no problem with this and he actually has seemed to do better with the exception of words he picks up from the older kids. (I know it's bound to happen sometime, and there is nothing you can do about it really except maybe tape all of the kids mouths shut!

As long as the non custodial parent is supporting their kid(s) I don't care how they "pay". I actually like the idea of them paying for the formula, diapers, 1/2 med bills, etc... no actual monies have to be exchanged between parents. the child support system should look into that. Because you can make sure the non custodial parent is paying, but you can't make for sure that the parent that has custody of the child(ren) is spending the money accordingly. If they could have a set amount of items needed per week, the parent could deliver those items instead of money.

she may have believed him to be the boys father, but she knew she had been with atleast one other man making it a possability that the child was not his. she should have investigated that before a man and child grew to believe they were blood related and they weren't. she robbed one man of the chance to see his boy grow up, and gave false hope to another man and her son. it's a shame. for them to still ask for the $16,000 if crazy! to me...she should pay back the non-biological father the $9,500 he paid for a child that wasn't his.
