That insurance is not through the credit union technically. It's through the hartford. The credit union just promoted it. By filling out the form for that AD&D insurance, you gave the Hartford permission to debit your CMAR account. Credit unions and banks don't keep tabs on that stuff, it's just like if your loan payment from another debtor cleared from your CMAR account, your credit union can't call and cancel the service because it's in your name....I have that same insurance... I hope you get your issued resolved soon.

I am Miss Great Customer Service! I'll probably be putting in the most face time in the begining. I don't know who has all seen my numerous rants on customer service, but If/when i get to the hiring help phase......lazy, rude people need not apply. We are in the research phase of this plan right now, pricing office space rental, utilities, marketing, machinery, etc, reaserching similar biz... So, hubby and I have done some brainstorming and are thinking of starting our own business in the New Hope area. I can't say what it is just yet, just that it is SOOOO Exciting and it will hopefully come to fruition in the next year. I was hoping some of you wise business owners can PM with some tips on getting started. I think I have some of the basic's down, but want to make sure I don't miss out on anything. She didn't say anything about not providing for children so someone can smoke or drink. She was just explaining the difference between the two. You CANT buy beer with food stamps, you can buy it with the cash portion of your EBT card. and she never said she agreed with that either, she just stated it.

My co workers wife works for lockheed Martin, she does the new hire orientation and says they are hiring right now. Lockheed is hiring everything from Janitorial, their own fire department, to accounting, to the crew that builds the planes. (what my co worker says anyway). I'm having Hubby check into it. I have also heard the Military has civilian jobs and their unemployment rate is much lower than the national average. Something else to possibly check into. Good Luck! Oh! also check into retail and food service, they usually need seasonal help too.

Thank you! And I'm sorry for the loss of your wife. I think most people on this thread will have to agree to disagree. Unless you have been on both sides (depression/suicide, or losing someone to a disease or sudden accident.) it is tough to (for lack of a better word) relate to the other side. But I think it's safe to say we all agree that we wish Mr. Richardson a speedy recovery.

I have to disagree with this statement AB. I myself have suffered with depression. It's a chemical imbalance. I tried my hardest to push through it without the assistance of medication, but unfortunately, that just wasn't possible, and with most people it isn't possible (I say "most" because it is probably incorrect for me to say "All", but really i would assume "all") . And depression does cause pain, mentally AND physically. I eventually gave in and talked to my Dr. about medication and it has helped me tremendously. Thank God I have never been to the point of suicide.

He tried to take his own life because of his depression. If he wasn't depressed, he probably wouldn't have attempted at all. in this case, they go hand in hand. Although I do agree that it would probably be in his best intrest to step down and take some time for healing. Comparing the mental capacity of someone with diabetes is not the same as someone with severe depression. My heart goes out to Mr. Richardson and his family.

Her dad has been raising her for the last few years, but a few weeks ago he decided to allow his daughter to live with her mother. I don't know the story why he decided to after he'd been raising her all this time...surely he was unaware of the human trafficing and other stuff the mother had been doing...........It's so sad. The father was on one of those national morning shows asking who ever had her to drop her off somewhere safe like a fire house, police station, or even a walmart, he didn't care, just drop her off. I can't help but to wonder what her last thoughts were, how scared she must have been. My heart goes out to that poor baby and to the family that actually cared for her. The mother should be stoned! I'll never understand how anyone can harm or allow harm to a child, especially their own!

My husband has been an installer for 8 years now. (cabinets, and custom closets) and his current employer is moving further away, cutting back on shop workers which means much more work for the installers (hubby) and they have expressed they think the installers make "too much per hour," Which is a total joke. We barely make it on his salary as it is....we both work full time. If anyone has heard of any job openings for wood working, installation, or managerial positions, I would greatly appreciate it if you would PM me, reply on this thread. TIA

he has always been. His fits aren't with just one child, it's with several. and he always tells me afterwards what he did and why. most of the time it's him freaking out over nothing, but a few times he had valid reason but i had to explain he couldnt hit others, including his teachers.
