DH has had a rough few weeks at work. especially the last two, he has been putting in mandatory OT Tues. Thurs, and Sat the last couple of weeks. Working like a dog. well he just got a call to go do another job in sandy springs at 3:00 on a RAINY afternoon, right after his manager sent the other two installers (who were originally assigned to that job) home for the afternoon. He wont be back to the office until 6 or 7. I have to go all the way back to dallas from atlanta to pick up our kids, and drive to marietta to pick him back up (we only have one car right now)He's bummed, he's tired, and

I say Merry Christmas to those who I know for a fact celebrate Christmas. I say Happy Holidays to other people because I want them to enjoy whatever holiday they celebrate this time of year. I don't take offense when someone wishes me "Happy holidays" because they may be unsure of my beliefs but want me to have a nice holiday season celebrating my chosen holiday, which for me is christmas. I agree. I do put some of the blame on her as well. I let my sister watch my boys at 12, but there was ALWAYS an adult in the house with her. i wouldn't have left her in the car with my baby for 20 minutes so I could shop in Target. the baby was 5 weeks old. She would have slept through the whole store most likely. all you have to do is put her in her car seat in the buggy. If she cries...pick her up, feed her, change her, whatever.....that's what you do when you have a baby for cryin out loud. I went to America's Best last Tuesday and got an eye exam and two pair of really cute glasses and the price out the door was $84.95. And I was able to pick them up yesterdy. I went to the one on Roswell Rd near my work, made a 5:50 appt, was out the door before 6:30. and the staff was SUPER nice.
