  1. I hope they’re caught and punished accordingly!! They need to pay restitution, too!!
  2. Weve been using Hilltop in Dallas for our fur babies since 2011. They are some very nice people!! Prices are great and You dont have to drop them off at 7:30 in the morning anfd pick them up after 3:00, like most places do. You simply make an appt and theyll call you about 2 or 3hrs later. Ms Ann is Awesome!! We have used Royal Pet Resort twice for boarding and the dogs got a grooming the first time. We love the Ladies, there!!! They take good care of the dogs and text me pics of them while were away. Weve been using Hilltop for Grooming for so long, Id just rather stick with them on the

  6. I've made a few posts, now. Ive even started a couple of new topics but, I've noticed that none of my apostrophes are present. I know I keyed them in. I'm big on punctuation and it just bumfuzzles, as to why my posts aren't displayed as I typed them. eta: quotation marks either. periods and commas works but, apostrophes and quotation marks is not? Why and can it be fixed? Thanks
  7. I asked a Construction worker type person yesterday, about whats being built in front of Mars Hill Baptist Church on Charlie Watts Rd, at Hwy 61 & 278. Its going to be a Wendys. Dad gum it!! I do not care for Wendys, what-so-ever!! Oh wait a minute, I DO like their Frostys.
  8. Im always a day late and a dollar short!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

  10. Stream lime?? Or Streamline? Just curious.
  11. The date for the Produce give away has changed to the 23rd. Its typically the 3rd Tuesday but, with the July 4th holiday, the date has been changed. It should be back on schedule next month. Remember, you must be 55 and older. There are NO Residency or Income restrictions, for this Program. Have a Blessed Day!
  12. It’s truly a Small World!! The Couey’s lived around the backside of BK on Glore Rd. I remember that very well.
  13. Off topic but, GPatton, you’ll ALWAYS BE Pubby in my book!!!
  14. I remember the one in Mableton, on Gordon Rd. I can still picture it behind the cashier counter. Those were the days my friend, we thought they’d never end.............. showing my age, huh?
  15. Burger King isnt appetizing as it used to be. The Whoppers are dry and lacking in taste, overall!! Id rather eat a burger at Checkers or Mickey Ds.
  16. Hello, how have you been doing? We’re good. I just hope it was ok for me to post about Helping Hands, in this thread. Paulding.com doing away with the Community Chest? If not, is that where my posts about HH, should go?
  17. No, Dont get rid of the Coupon Clippers, (If theres enough interest) I might be inclined to get on Pcom more often! Ive not been on here in, close to a year, I think. But, Im still couponing and giving to Different Charities. The General and I, are still Volunteering at Helping Hands. Hes been there over 10 years and Ive been there over 11 yrs. You wouldnt believe how far Helping Hands has come, since moving from the double wide trailer. We have a Senior Box Program for 60 (I think) yrs and older. We also have Produce Day. Which is the 3rd Tuesday of every month. This program is for people
  18. IF THESE 53,000 PEOPLE WERE SO WORRIED ABOUT VOTING, THEN THEY SHOULD "NOT" HAVE WAITED UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO GET REGISTERED!!!!! END OF STORY!!!
  19. Chick-Fil-A in Hiram closed last Friday and they will re-open in approximately 8 weeks. They are remodeling the store, taking out the playground and putting in a double drive thru. What will people do without the playground?? It will be less seating, also. Thirty One of Hiram's CFA employees are now at the Dallas location. I don't know what they will do with all of their employees but, you can only fit so many people in that building. Did they lessen the Dallas employees hours to accommodate the Hiram employees? Oh well, Progress is good, I guess. And NO MORE Cow Calendar, booooo hooooo.
  20. I do NOT like Craig’s List, at all! The apps like Let Go and that other one, Meet Up scare me, also. ALWAYS, ALWAYS meet a Seller or Buyer in a Police Dept’s parking lot. Do advise the Police what you are doing in case something does happen. Some Police Dept’s have designated areas for transactions such as buying/selling.
  21. This is my daughters latest creation. She is awesome at creating and making cakes!!! They are delicious, too!!!
