Preggo? No really, I went to OHS until I transferred to EPHS. They wouldn't let me join the EPHS Marching Band because I missed most of summer camp so I joined art club instead. Now look at me. But yeah - I'll hafta dig up pictures. They have new uniforms, but it's the same ol' band. Can you imagine my reaction when I first transferred out there. I went into culture shock.

Awww, I LOVE seeing this video! I was in Osborne's Marching Band and, to say the least, it was an experience. Now I'm all nostalgic.

I Will Avery and I didn't like getting the pictures of Paulette's mug shots. So much, in fact, that I didn't even bother to read the flyer or see who they were from. They just went straight into kiddo's scrap paper box to be turned into snowflakes or stick-glued inventiones, like all the other junk mail we get.

Right? I don't know a single person, including my sweet grandmother, who wouldn't have some kind of embarrassing story or picture to use against her during an election. Politicians are people, and all people make stupid choices and mistakes. Often, 'stupid choices' for politicians are choices that regular citizens make on a daily basis anyway. Lord knows I've flipped off a camera or two in my day. Guess I'll never be President.

This year is the first year in my entire life that I didn't have on a costume and didn't carry my own bag. I'm 25. Granted, I took other kids my teenage years and got 'treats' from the neighborhoods for being so nice. Then I had Mini-Me and scored treats up until this year for dressing up and going with her. This year, I didn't bother. Twas too cold for my preggo hippie costume anyway.

Pft. You've seen both of mine - neither are clean, 99% of the time. But, I always pick up after myself in public. I've been that girl at DQ who had to clean off the trash and tables when others don't and I refuse to contribute.

Since I got pregnant, I've been sick, tired and more sick and tired. I had a horrid birthday trip to Savannah back in July (I was tired and cranky), and have otherwise just been sleeping, doing homework, volunteering at Mini-Me's school or going to class. Poor Mini-Me has decided that 'quality time' with mommy means afternoon naps together. Not this weekend! Yesterday a friend took me to...somewhere in Georgia. I know we visited Juliette, which was awesome, but now I have to watch Fried Green Tomatoes so I have a clue what I took pictures of. We had a blast climbing waterfalls and stop

I call laundry duty, provided I'm allowed to leave it on everybody's bed once folded/hung up. Putting up laundry is my least favorite part.

See, everybody else I know has a girl. I guess I knew deep down it was going to be a boy, but I still held my hopes out for more bows and tutus. lol. And, you know...getting to use HR's hand-me-downs. I'm starting from scratch with a boy - everything we have is pink or covered in butterflies. Yes, you did!

Greta...like Garbo? That was on my list and was vetoed. I tried to name HR Gidget and Dxh tried to name her Zelda. We settled on Nevaeh. This one will either be Meadow June or Finnigan Lee Thomas...I'll call him Finn. NO, not like Glee...I didn't know his name was Finn until afterward. We find out tomorrow which we'll be using.

I adore my credit union. I overdrafted, they fixed it with a smile and took away my fees. I had a $1500 check to cash, and they took my word that it was good because I had been a good customer (one of their first) for 7 years. Somebody made a check out to my company instead of my name, and they happily took my business and ID card as proof that it was meant for me. LOVE my credit union....until I go out of state.

We had a webcam...on our family PC that stayed in the living room at my dad's house. We didn't even have the internet at my mom's house until I was out of high school.

Guess Mini-Me was right about the aliens being out last night?

I picked up Mini-Me from the babysitter's last night around midnight and she pointed out the halo around the moon. She's convinced evil aliens who kidnap you, steal your clothes, and give you shots live on the moon, though, so she decided they were up to no good and wanted to get in the house immediately.
