One other thing to consider is the impact on small businesses which have already taken huge hits in this economy. Having to rely entirely on Private Companies for shipping would mean I would not longer be able to afford employees which would continue to create the ripple effect we are seeing. The King beating was horrific and the fact he did not take immediate and decisive action was a disgrace. It made the nation question all officers and it made it harder for the innocent to fight allegations.

I believe in spanking and I am very strict on my kids. HOWEVER, IMHO, this 5 year old girl needs counseling more than she needs to be cuffed! Not every tantrum is just because the kid is a brat.
