In the state of Texas it is 24 weeks unless it is to save the life of the mother. Also, it seems that self-aboortzion is illegal in most states and it is an issue that is expected to come before the Supreme Court as Roe V Wade did not clarify this point.

Life is never prefect and there are no perfect events. Sometimes as parents we have to get creative.
