anyone up for a snowball fight️

i just hope everyone don't leave at once and cause a bottleneck mess before it hits. We have freezing rain/ sleet here in New Hope

I've been down here 25 years or so,and I still get a chuckle when the word snow is mentioned....but in all fairness I must say snow down here is completely different then the snow in the north. Up there it's a given and they are prepared for it ..down in the south it's a maybe we will maybe we won't type thing so they don't have the equipment they do up north. Oh and by the way if you go out today for a last minute run...pick up a bag of birdseed for the feathered creatures...be safe and warm everyone.

Yippee! I was busy and missed the laying of the egg , I noticed Ma had been acting strange and fidgety. So hoping for another great season for them!

Unfortunately we entered into a two year agreement with att and directv. Big mistake but what I want to know is if you get the antenna who carries your internet? I would love to kiss att goodbye we have never been so sick over a deal in all our life and it seems you have to call them every month for some botch up. The other day we were talking to someone out of the country!

Can anyone recommend a reliable place to get a transmission replaced locally? My sons went kaput and would like to find a good honest place to go. Thanks

but first they should let him in a locked room with the child parents...I understand that some mental issues give some folks compulsive urges...but this is not forgivable....how could anyone look into the eyes of an abused child and not want to rid the planet of this kind of scum?

i know what you mean..I have turned down vacations or weekends away because I refuse to pen up my animals...I would not enjoy myself anyway with them thinking I abandoned them...all my furbabies are getting up in age and I can't stand to add extra stress.

Loving animals is both a blessing and a curse...getting old and senile don't help either lol ..but husband and I can't turn away from any critter that finds its way to our house in need of a meal or care...but I sure hope a skunk don't show up lol

Ok took possum to Bells Ferry veterinarian hospital they have a rehab program ...only thing is once you sign it over they usually won't give updates...but anyway I hope they could help him/her.

If I thought for one second it was suffering I would have no problem..and still wont if thats what it comes down to..but believe me this little thing can eat and drink like there is no next meal and he can move pretty fast too...I am begining to wonder if it may be a birth defect..as is can move its hind quarters its just its feet that are messed up...I know its just a road rat as some would call it ..but Im an animal lover and cant stand to see any animal suffer..and if it comes down to putting it out of its misery...then I can live with that too.

why would you want pneumonia?

. We have it in a large cat carrier with dry cat food and water. It ate and drank and when I Checked on it this morning it was curled up tight sleeping peacefully. Hopefully by tomorrow we will be able to get in contact with someone. And really if you look at them up close they aren't that ugly...thanks for inquiring about it.

does anyone know of a place to call for an injured possum? Dont laugh I am not kidding..this little possum has been crawling to our yard for a few days now and looks like it has suffered an injury to its hind quarters as it drags both back feet.I know I could kill it and end its misery but I cant do that..if anyone has any ideas?

I think this was the same man I took in during our last snow storm....like you he left without a word...but peed on couch and carpet....and when he left he must have been mugged...I found his nose and eyes on the lawn....wonder if we will see him again this winter??
