Been downtown ATL maybe 5 times in the last 20 years, if that. Could move it to Jacksonville and it wouldn't bother me....And that is just my Personal opinion...

My vote is still NO!! When the Politicians can show that they can spend the taxpayer money responsibly, reduce the waste, and properly manage the funds they collect, I might, just might stand behind some of these projects they come up with. So, will that happen?...Doubtful.
