Just a question. What about when you keep making repeated replies to your own topic to bump it up? Recently I've seen a couple of his topics that would have five or six replies...all his. Just wondering if that's against the rules.

Looked at the video a couple times....not sure if the reporter or whatever his claim, was impeding traffic, there presence was hampering rescue or the investigation. My opinion, he should have respected the officer and the officers order to move his vehicle, then his azz would not have been in the back of a patrol car for half hour. The limited viewing area of the clip and what was really going on at the time the officer told them to move the vehicle is unknown to me.
