Don't believe everything a LAWYERhas written up in a law suite. My dumb azz Ex SIN sued me for 250K and other damages because he got arrested for breaking into my daughters house (where he formally lived)drunk and passed out on her sofa, she was out of town at the time and a neighbor called me an I called the PCSO. His lawyer had 15 pages of BS, none of it true and it cost me over 5K.All his lawyer did was take the BS he spewed and added lawyer speak to the document, said I had him falsely arrested, stress etc... We really need a "Loser Pays" system. The case was finally dropped.

I read a lot of the lawsuit, My thoughts are, based on the little I know about it, it was her brother and apparently either told them to handle it, looked the other way, or that she was so wrapped up in her thing and didn't follow up. No excuses for her, hate that all these companies are pulling the plug on her for the sake of PC. As I mentioned in another thread, the voters didn't pull the plug on Sen Byrd and he had been a leader in the kkk. I know one has nothing to do withe other, just making a "racism" comparison. As a side note, getting worn out with the PD case and the other one.

I would have to be well armed and drive through very fast if I visited where I grew up....No more playing cowboys and Indians around that neighborhood, they be shooting the real thing..
