I've never worked retail. But I do know this much, if I was in retail and management just put me out there to deal with people who's hobby was to beat up customer service people.....I'd be gone. If they provided training and guidance on how to deal with this type of personality, then I would think its on me to figure it out.

My Mother was an extremely strong woman. I love and respect that about her. Trust me, she had to be. I find that I'm much more like her every year of my life. She loved animals too. She would bring in wounded everything and try her best to get them healthy. She's been gone 40 years and I still think of her just about every day. I'll always have my Mom.

It's funny you brought this up Low. My top porch is covered with them! With the warm day we had today....the wasps came out too! So glad I spent like 3 hours cleaning that porch.

OK guys, I'll take that as a NO. Glad no one else has a solution either. Cause I've tried everything I know. Guess it's a Mac thang. O well.

Cause I'll be blessed......I've tried and tried with no luck.

My take is that now these ducked in the head individuals have a forum for their sick, sad stories.

This is one of the reasons I hate the internet. These kind of stories just make my skin crawl.

Oh, I'm sure there any many, many butthole customers out there. Why didn't you call your manager? Doesn't anyone teach you how to deal with difficult customers? I'm just really curious.

I really could not agree more. Really fries my bacon sometimes. I would not to work at a place where the main goal of the employees is to skirt around ANY type of customer service. Managers are not doing their jobs. My guess is they are not capable of doing their jobs.

You and me both Doll.........it's just too hard to live here. All of the bs that's goes on......a bit too much.

Absolutely ......you could have three trips for the price of one....that's the way to go! It's worth it for just the experience.

I'm so glad that you guys enjoyed your first cruising experience! Isn't it just great? I mean you get on the ship, drop your luggage and there is no more being a pack animal. I've been on carnival. They did a great job....but then we got spoiled by Silver Seas. BUT it's all what you're looking for.....and of course, the money you want to spend. Bottom line.......its ALL about what your experience is. I love cruising. It's a no stress zone for me.

KRM and I TORTURE each other with jabs about the North/South thing. We laugh until we are crying. She really thinks she can talk like a New Yorker, it's hysterical. Some people take this stuff somewhat seriously through. They don't find any of it funny.

Nothing new with Fred's.......at all. There hasn't been anything new with Fred's in years.

I bet it costs millions to build.

Then add the other threads/posts about this particular store. I bet it's at least 500. It's been a topic since I joined in 07. Right up there with the Fred's threads.
