I can only tell you this... If he is indicted then he is not in Jackson yet, Until he goes to court and gets sentenced he will remain in county jail. If he is not in that county where the crime took place he may have had outstanding charges in another county where they would once he is indicted they would release him to the other counties where he is facing charges as well to deal with them. Which unless you know if there was anything in his past even a probation violation, then it is really going to be hard to find him. You can call the court house and find out when his trail date is and then
