While this house may have been vacant for quite a while and the appearance of two trucks in the driveway might catch one's eye, it just seems that someone would want to have a little more to warrant a 911 call reporting a buglary in progress. The caller reported that no one had been seen - just two trucks in the driveway must mean a buglary is in progress.

yes, the SO should be involved with a fighting incident. A driver should be paying attention to the road - not having to worry about stopping and breaking up a fight. Nip it in the bud TODAY and we'll probably not have future residents at the state pen.

I would go pursue your idea/proposal on two fronts - first with the school board superintendent and the second with you local elected Representatives at the state house. Seems like the group on capital hill could entice school systems (and all state agencies) to go after a proposal such as yours. You are looking at a substantial up front capital cost with long term benefits. Just remember that "contracts" really don't mean anything to government agencies. There could come a time where they don't see the "payment" to you for "savings" as being in their best interest.
