    We lost our Patch on July 21, I was with him when he passed. I also had a cat, Precious, for 21 yrs, I was holding her too as she passed, she has been gone 7 yrs, I still miss her dearly. I know the hole left in your heart, I'm sorry about Tounce, you'll be in my thoughts and prayers.

     

     

    Thank you he was the light in my life, it seems empty right now.

    I have had tounces since he fit in the palm of my hand. He lived to be over 22 years old. He died today in my arms. He chose me to take him home. He has been the best of friends for a long part of my life and I will miss him dearly as will my husband whom he (Tounces) adopted. You will be missed daddy's little buddy. Love always Mommy and Daddy.

    I do not post many topics of my own, but I feel I need to say this.

     

    I was doing some shopping today and a complete stranger came up to me and said "You're so skinny! Do you eat? I would love to be that small!" The lady then continued to try to have a conversation with me asking how I keep my weight down. It was a very uncomfortable conversation. I explained to her that both my parents are skinny, I eat all the time, and that I never exercise. All of which are the truth.

     

    Why is it that people feel they have the right to tell someone they are "so skinny"? If someone were fat you would not go up to them and say, "OMG you're so fat. You need to quit eating so much!" because that would hurt their feelings and make them feel bad....right? Yes, I know I am skinny and I do not need to be told. Yes, I eat. I just have a very fast metabolism and good genes.

     

    Do I prove a point or am I just being too sensitive? :rolleyes:

    Trust me people do come up and say OMG you are fat!! It sounds like this person needs a reality check. You are not being sensitive,

    I have a sheppard who just turned a year and you definatley know when he has done it, he goes to his pen and will not make eye contact. My favorite is to ask him did you do that? He makes a dash for the pen and then come out to suck up to mommy by putting his head under my arm and giving me lots and lots of kisses. The other just keeps wagging his tail and pretends he had nothing to do with it. I think the cat conspires with the other to blame the sheppard!!! -_-

    I use to work for a bank dealing with fraud, you have no idea how much of this actually happens. These people are very good, they will get information from you without you realizing it. That is why I said not to answer the phone. I don't mean you should hide.

    Be careful of Ingles triple coupons, I find that alot of stuff is priced a lot higher to make up for it.

     

    Another thing is alot of the store brands are just as good and cheaper even when you do have a coupon!
