I was at the game and so were my sons friends. I am ASSUMING that you are refering to the 2 recent accidents I commented on here. One was a FRIEND the other was my NEPHEW. I picked my son up at the East Paulding game and as we were leaving several emergency vehicles came in. Does anyone know what happened?

We went to J-Rods tonight and it was AWESOME . We all got the Turkey and Dressing and YES it was REAL turkey. Great food, great service. If you go don't forget to try the beach biscuits...yum. Oh, my favorite side is the zuchinni casserole. Enjoy.

YES...the airport is up and running and the tunnels are complete. And just so you know.. trick-or treating will be held on Monday morning at 5 am so it will not conflict with anyones plans.

My sister lives near Roses store and had an attempted break in at her house last night. Their lights and TV were on, including the front porch light. The dogs were barking and someone kicked the front door. Thankfully it was dead-bolted but I can not believe how brave the criminals are becoming. Like you said.........lock everything up.

While I will not physically harm her I am TEMPTED to go tell her how broke I am and see if she will lend me some of the money she has conned out of people.

They will change their minds( and the law )when they see they are losing money in tax collections due to lost revenue from small businesses. Maybe they are just trying to beautify Paulding for all of the tourists that are coming thru using our new airport.

Thanks. My thinking is that if the laptop goes out I cannot afford to replace it, but I could probably swing for a netbook. Of course I am dreaming by thinking I can get a netbook and Kindle too, but a girl has to dream.

At 2 I would not go to overboard, most of these places are too expensive. Do something simple like McDonalds. The kids can play and the parents (who should buy their own food ) can socialize.

I have had a compulsion with checking my bed for weeks. The news media seems to talk about it constantly and I really do check every day. Thank God I have not found any. But, I still check.

Thanks everyone. I just saw that a model of the Kindle has wi-fi on it, I had no idea. SO, then if I got that, I would not need the netbook too. Am I right?

I would like some info. on the following 2 products: 1)Kindle....If I purchase one how do I go about getting the books I want? What is the average costs per book and do I have to pay a monthly fee of any kind? 2)Netbook......Tell me the pros and cons of the net book. I use my computer ONLY for the net so when this one plays out I am considering getting the netbook. Does it "work" the same as a laptop when navigating social networking sites, etc.? Yes, I am computer ignorant. And do all netbooks have built in wi-fi? Thanks in advance for the help
