Don't do it!!!!!!! I've been a social smoker (when I drink), but quit (obviously) when I got pregnant. I don't miss it. But, my husband - who also quit in support - is struggling. Some things we do when he's having a bad day. We tally up all the money we're saving! We think about our belly bean! Thank you!! The house was a foreclosure and flip. I'm not sure what all I will be able to find out - realtor says it's stucco. I guess it doesn't really matter as I would want to re-do the facade anyways. Can one do that?? Here is a pic I know that a home inspector will be able to tell me, but I am speaking to the realtor today and was trying to get some intel on what this could cost so I can see how much the flipper is willing to come off the price. At minimum, it needs paint - it's a dismal color.

I have a question about stucco. I've heard that it's really a crap building material...not to mention I hate the looks of it. I found a house that I LOVE, but it has a stucco finish. So, a question - can you refinish stucco? Second question - it comes with a stucco warranty, does anyone know what that means?

I used to go to a doctor that I LOVED. I LOVED him...but, he joined a new practice which charged a retainer to see him. His $2500 annual fee was too steep for me. So, my question is this - will my employer, after dropping coverage, increase my salary? Because I would love to be able to return to his practice. Or, will this be something that Obamacare will reimburse?

We need a "I don't take personal responsibility" ribbon. All the quick fixes to a little depression, dosing our children with mood altering chemicals because we "cant handle them", sticking babies in front of baby Einstein, children in front of Family Guy and teens in front of simulated shooting games, not caring - AT ALL - about our food source.
