The doctors sent us home with ENFAMIL and my boy did not sleep all night. It was suggested that we try Carnation Good Start and WELLA... he started sleeping ALL night! That was 14 years ago and I don't know if they still make Carnation Good Start. just thought I would share.

That is TRUE... However, most carriers have/in the process of rate increase due to the large number weather related claims from last year and the year before.

(this can be billed to your Mortgage Comp. and no money out of your pocket) Some carriers will not write RENTAL (Landlord) if you run into that... it would be a PLEASURE to assist you. p.s. I would DEFINITELY Require the people to pay in FULL for a renter's policy! (really CHEAP...normally 200 a year or less) Splitting for the day... It's Wednesday!
