This topic makes me LAUGH (Chuckle) When I was doing door to door years ago the company I was with was Utterly AMAZED at how many people would open their home to me. It is really simple... when I got out of my vehicle I would turn toward the house and SMILE with a wave. (even if I didn't see anyone!) I once had a home owner tell me that they weren't going to answer the door but I waved to them as they were peering out the window. He said, S%iT... the guy saw me! ( I didn't!)

I have been asked on more than one occasion if I am that "Caped Crusader" fella from p.com. (more so when I wear Hawaiian shirts in public!) Now, if someone is breaking their neck L King at me while out and about I will ask them... Do I know you? I will usually mention p.com in that instance. This has happened at gas stations, walmart, restaurants and even while taking a leak! .
