We replaced the hard drive and now we need to reboot it. My laptop didn't come with a recovery disk. Do you know where we could get one?

My computer has this error code 0F00:1344 Msg: DISK - Block 2556850: Can't read, replace disk, when I ran the diagnostic test. When I researched it, it came up as hard drive is bad. How much is this to replace? I have a dell Inspiron N5010.
