Just looking to compare as the Cable company bill is getting ridiculous. Anyone know where to compare them all? Internet will stay with cable.... but the rest has to be better for 3 tvs in the house. $143 for internet and upgraded cable with one DVR so I would guess then tv is about $100 a month Something has to be better then cable.

Just a few notes..... The state has the obligation to clear the major roads for traffic.... This is 2011 and they knew in advance of the snow and collect millions of dollars in taxes to keep the roads clear and safe period. The state failed the people of Atlanta. Everyone has an obligation to get to work if possible. Be safe and make an effort if the news says the roads are bad, call the boss and check with him /her. (I know people that will find any excuse to skip work and draw a salary) Call it like it is and don't wine and complain. Fire the state leadership....

All I can say is that if you have never been deployed on a 6 month deployment or more then you have no idea what the video was really about. It did a lot for moral and for the most part was made to be in fun. It do go over the edge in a few spots, but most of it was done in fun. I can say that it most likely was a pretty good cruise. To those that think he should be busted...... well the Navy lost a lot. I wish him well and the company that picks him up will get a great guy.

Bottom line if you think he was wrong report it and let the system work it out. If he was on a call no harm to him. If he was just speeding he should pay the piper like the rest of us. Pure simple and fair...

How the heck do you tie this to .... near mind... Some folks on here find a way to tie everything wrong to the president. Geeze un-freaking real, why do I even bother to respond... How do you tie being nieve to him?

Lets set the record a bit straight... this story has gone around the world a few times. I will agree that the basic pay is not really a living wage for the most part. But the numbers are off a bit and although basic pay for a junior person can be hard to live on. But his room and board are covers, his food is covered and at times is pretty good. And once you move up the ranks a little you can make pretty good money. (really) So although the story has a lot of flair, it is not fully true. All you have to do is add it up for a junior person living out in town, (best #'s I found)

My last flight they had to send my bag to my house for missing the flight I was on.

How old is the heater and is it leaking from the drain valve on the side? You might save a bundle by just replacing the drain value if it is plastic like mine was. Also the valve might just need to be pulled out and a new one put in or needing pipe dope (the white thread lock tape). If you pull the valve, drain the tank first and turn the power off to it.

Well I always give something for the extra effort that the mail carrier and trash men do for me threw the year. I might put some extra trash out from time to time and they take it with no issues and the mail carrier does bring some shipments to my door vice me having to go to the post office at times. Those are the little things that I think a Xmas thank you is worth. I suggest that everyone give a small token of appreciation to both your trash crew and the mail person (do it on a weekday) Good day.

Just a word to those that use Microsoft money and think the application is toast in 20 days..... There are work around to get it to import the Quicken file format and it works. I know as I just put the work around on my system and it works. I am seriously thrilled to know I don't have to play with Quicken. Just step back a bit and think about that some and I really think more then 1/2 partially caused this to them self, with credit cards and very poor management of money in good times. Don't blame the goberment when you have control of your own future. I do think some of the banks had a helping hand in this whole mess also. But in the end most people create their own future. Few have outside influences that they have no way to keep from losing their homes. (Sorry, sad and very true) Remember that age old saying put some money away for a rainy day? Thats right nothing can be good if it comes from a Democratic... Only Republicans know the right Thing to do with o make things right with anything. They are going for the gusto with the stimulus for the rich so they will spend money with hiring folks and such. We have to hang a carrot out for them to spend money or they won't do it.

Hackers are only enabled for the most part by those that do not protect their own systems, so that they can be used to attack others. I think as time goes on hackers will have an even tougher time as security is patched and systems become less vulnerable. But the internet is open and think of the millions of systems available to be used as attackers.... So it will be a few years at best before this type of attack is no longer available to them.

I think a class action of that size is a bit over the top and should be broken down and verified a bit. I just don't think 1.4 million people should be in a class action suit. Can anyone say each and every women was discriminated against? I don't think so. Those that were, should get what they deserve .. period. The rest need to prove it and not just get a settlement.

Ok, lets just call it a Georgia thing then. I was the unfortunate middle man when a guy decided to stop at a yellow light and the lady behind me thought we were going to go threw the light. I stopped in time and she didn't,. I was more pissed at the yellow light jam on the brakes guy then the lady behind me.

I would like to mention that some folks like to jam on their brakes at yellow lights also. I have sen this and it is a habit for the south to wait until the last second as if they were going to go threw the light and then change their mind and slam on their brakes. It is a southern thing from my experience.
