Yes he dropped out of high school to join the service BUT did end up finishing later and also picking up some other class later at a tech.or something. See if you would just listen to all the rumors and do your own do your very own checking you could learn something. Sad but we have tied the hands of the police when having calls like this. Basically there is not much they can do except try to cut the fleeing car off, follow and wait for them to stop or crash. Police have to worry about being sued and the public outcry. Sue happy America....criminal justice...you know justice for the criminals.

Most people do spend their money outside this county due to the fact that is where they work. What is needed here are JOBS. Not just one or two and they need to be full time jobs for Americans .with decent pay.
