Let me know when you do....my scanner arm has been messed up forever and this is not a cheap printer. I have called hp and they told me they dont even offer service on mine because it is a 2003 model. I have printed maybe 100 things on it, it is so new and Im ready to run over it with my car. I hate hp at this point. I guess I will take a screw driver and take it apart myself and see if I can fix it and if not, I will hold a ceremonial ritual at my house for the crushing of the hp!!!
