  1. What kind of food do they serve?

It's an irish pub, so they have the traditional irish fare, such as bangers and mash, but they have chicken fingers, burgers, etc, too. It's a really cool place, why don't you come out and join us tonight. We'd be glad to meet ya!

  2. cold only for the first 48 hours, then alternate. Don't put icy hot on, or tiger balm until after that. It will cause more inflammation, by introducing more heat to the area. Put ice on for 20 minutes, you want to feel the acronym for ABAN, appreciation, feel the cold, burning, aching, and numbness. Ice makes inflammation go away, heat causes more! If you have biofreeze, use it! Tiger balm is awesome, I second it, but not for a couple of days. PM me more more questions.

P.S. I get paid to know this stuff.

  3. The music cd's that you made for us are wonderful.

WOW!! 6 disc and I have not found one song that I haven't loved. Of course right now I am alone, the boys are in bed. Soooo, take one guess which Christmas music I am playing?

    Kenny G of course!

Ashton is not to sure what he thinks about the head gear on his portable dvd player that he was given recently. But he loves the children singing. He put on one of his lop sided grins.

You have brought us much happiness today. God bless you hun. We hope you can come back one day when he is wide awake. Whatever his illness is has sure wore him out.

He fell asleep in my arms tonight. Relaxed and oh so comfortable in part due to you.

Thank you so much and Merry Christmas!!

    Denise and Ashton

you are so welcome. I enjoyed the time I got to spend with you and your family. I am glad you enjoy the music and hope you get many days of enjoyment from it.

    Isn't Lisa great?

*small hijack* Lisa keep a close eye on your mailbox tomorrow, I sent you a package yesterday! Merry Christmas! P.S. You have a $50 print credit coming your way for passing my name along to Kelly F. (she is just the sweetest person!!) She booked a maternity shoot with me. ;-) Thank you SO much! *end hijack*

aww, thanks, you're pretty awesome yourself. I actually got the package yesterday. Thank you so much, but you didn't have to do that. My mom and sis now have great stocking stuffers though! If you get half of the people I send your way, you will be very busy. Is Kelly the one that's your neighbor? She is a sweetheart. I have been doing lots of pregnancy massages lately and have a hard time keeping them all separated. lol

  4. no heat!!! Ice only for the first 72 hours. Then, and only then, start alternating heat and ice. For the ice, make sure you leave it on to get through all four stages of ice therapy. ABAN - appreciation-feel the cold, B-burning sensation, A-aching, N-numb. Going through all four stages will take about 20 minutes, and will work much better than leaving it on for a couple minutes as most people do. Don't forget you have the biofreeze to use between the ice treatments, but do not put ice on top of the biofreeze. Redneck girl was right as far as what the popping sound might be, as far as muscle or tendon. The cold should relax the back and take away some of the pain. If you aren't feeling better in 3 days or so, chances of it being muscular are less likely. Hope you feel better soon!

  5. looks like we have a good little group hanging out tonight. I think everyone has directions, but pm me if you don't and I'll get them to you. Plan on putting in the first movie at 7:30, so feel free to start getting here at 7 for some yummy food. Can't wait to see everyone!

  6. I agree. If I went out with someone and didn't hear from them for 2 days, I'd be wondering what I did wrong.

You two need a moment alone? :ninja:

that's why she is aggravated. thought they had a great time, hasn't heard from him,and not tonight, we're both all by our lonesome. ;)

That doesnt work so well it seems -

    something I should know?

  7. I have to agree...either that or a great deal has changed since last I was "out there." Sorry, I just think it's silly to play games. :unknw:

yep, games suck! But we are talking about a 30 year old, not teenagers, and it still happens unfortunately.
