Well, Borax didn't work and Clorox cleanup didn't work. I think he is just going to have a dirty bag. It will have ball field brick dust on it sooooon enuf.

Oh I am soooo sorry. I was just reading the update (the story about the scrambled eggs) and I was laughing with you and then I saw this topic, now I am crying. I am truly sorry for your loss. She was very beautiful just like you. Prayers to you and your family.

Thanks all. I am soaking it in Borax now. We will see how it goes. My son could careless what his bat bag looks like. He took a year off of playing and so the bag sat in the garage for a year. Now we are playing again!!!!!!!! I am OCD so I am the one who wanted to wash and clean the bag.

K, I will try that. And if that don't work I will try the tilex stuff. Don't really want to ruin the bag.

This is what my dad did to our mailbox. It kept getting bashed in when I was in High School (30 years ago)and we figured it was kids. Never happened again after that!!!!

My son's bat bag has some mold on it (in the fabric). I have already washed it with detergent and spraynwash. No luck......Any ideas?

Oh No, I am so sorry to hear this. It just breaks my heart. I have been following his care pages also. I was so hoping he would pull thru this. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. I can NOT imagine losing a child. So sorry.......
