Paulding County Sheriff The funeral arrangements that were posted above are for Corporal Driskell and his daughter Carolyn. At this time, we do not have the arrangements for any of the other family members. Once we find out the additional arrangements, we will pass it on to the public.

Funeral Arrangements for Corporal Sam Driskell are as Follows: Visitation: Sunday 01/11/15 from 4:00pm to 8:00 pm at West Ridge Church Funeral: Monday 01/12/15 at 11:00 am at West Ridge Church. Interment will follow the funeral at Sweetwater Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the Paulding County Sheriff's Office Cops for Kids Christmas shopping program. Clark Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. looks like paulding sheriff is about to have a news conference hopefully all rumors will be laid to rest. it is on now murder/suicide the step son shot them while they all were asleep step son was 21 Sammy was shot with his own gun

I believe all the news stations are covering this story, rumors are son shot dad,mom,sister and then him self, some are saying carbon monoxide poison, and some are saying someone shot them out side of the family. a welfare check was done when no one in the family had been heard from for a couple of days. so really a lot being said, prayers for the family and the officers who worked with this officer. I also have heard they have a family member in custody, and also a murder/sucide

It is across from Shenandoah sub. which is close to the douglasville line I also read were it could have been carbon monoxide also, maybe the news will have correct information. a lot of conflicting information right now,

I know someone who is going to have her pet put to sleep when she passes away, she said no one could take care of her pet the way she does. my mama was the opposite, she always said if i can live long enough to make for all of my pets go before me, I will be ok. her last little yorkie passed (she had 5 of them) away in sept... and she passed away in oct (2 years ago) although I still have 2 rescue labs that she had, they are outside dogs, and she knew i could take care of them. But her yorkies were her babies...and they would have grieved themselves to death if she had of passed away b

nothing has been the same since I lost my mama and daddy, I lost mama 2 years ago, daddy 6 years ago. not a day goes by that I do not miss them, I miss their opinion, wisdom, their lectures yes my mama and daddy would still let me know if they did not approve of something i was doing, and I always respected that lecture... I would love to hear some of those lectures again just to hear their voices. I miss the hugs, the assurance that things will turn out ok. I just miss them, and everything they stood for.

Lucky I have been trying to keep up with your health issues, I am sorry I have not posted sooner, we have been dealing with a few health issues our selves.. but I did want to say I have been thinking of you, and praying for you. hang in there... (hugs)
