my laptop has a blue screen with a long message on it about windows has been shut down to prevent damage to my computer. UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME it tells me to go to safe mode and remove any new hardware or software but I have not installed anything new on my laptop. and when I try to go to safe mode it will just take me right back to this ugly blue screen that I am really starting to hate. what can I do? even when I shut the computer down and start it back up it will still bring me to this blue screen. It has Techincal information and then a bunch of numbers after th

ours went up over 100.00 total My aunts went up over 300.00 ( she does not know it yet) I looked hers up on line, but when she gets home from work if y'all hear a big scream coming from Nebo road then that is my aunt checking her mail LOL
