i bet the new owner will clean it up nice..... i have seen where Hispanics have bought poorly run down property and turned it in to a a really nice home... they work hard at making it look nice.

they will probably tear it down once they inspect it and see how much it take to repair the home. then again it being FHA they may flip it, and resale it.
