we do not live in a sub.. there is one behind us.. and when people started moving in we found out that they can not have any out side buildings unless they are approved.. a fence can be put up but it has to be a certain kind, certain height, no more then (a certain amount of cars in drive way) no parking in sub road, no clothes lines, I mean the list just went and on... I thought there is no way I would pay that much for a home and not be able to do what I want with the home or property. in the sub there is no pool, tennis courts, nothing zelch..
