  1. Was killing a 25 year old that it turns out should never have been arrested in the first place, justified? You can replace windows and stores. You cannot restore life to the dead or make the paralyzed walk again. It is telling that you are more upset about store windows and merchandise than you are about the loss of life. Did you know of Baltimore's long history of giving "rough rides" that killed and maimed others prior to this uprising? Did you read JFK's quote I provided?
  2. You and I both know it's only looting when minorities do it.
  3. The cause could be the inaction in addressing these events. Baltimorians have had enough of being ignored so now they ask, "can you hear me now?"
  4. That's a pretty broad statement. You could fit some LE under that umbrella.
  5. That's a pretty ignorant statement. People don't choose to live in poverty. Poverty is not a problem exclusive to African Americans.
  6. I bet you believe that too. Hands and feet shackled, Gray unfastened his restraints and broke his own back. I wonder what was promised to the prisoner in the van for saying that? Reduced charges? Dropped charges? Then again, you may have a point. The guy sitting in a wheelchair was probably saved from hurting himself. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=txDQ0pJctMc
  7. I can't say that calling Windsor a pest makes him right or wrong. I can only share protestor complaints that I've heard. I really haven't been following this but if The Daily Caller calls the sentences brutal, lol... They are far from liberal at TDC. "The seven-year sentences given the regional directors are tougher than the sentences received by many violent criminals across the U.S."
  8. TP, I think they are getting their information from this link or one like it and just aren't telling you. I don't think the officer wrote anything about being tasered by the suspect in his report.
  9. Because of the disparity in sentencing. RICO was implemented for organized crime not teachers. Protestors believe had the teachers been white they would not have received 20 year sentences. Look at the crimes committed by bankers that collapsed the economy. No one went to jail for that. Did anyone in the Enron scandal receive a 20 year sentence? Murder and manslaughter have carried lesser sentences. The trial took 7 months but the teacher's had to decide to give up their right to appeal in less than 12 hours. Their lawyers would be given no time to review the proceedings for errors. Protes
  10. Did the taser wire get tangled around Mr. Scott's leg during the struggle? The wire leads to the ground, not his hand. Was the cartridge from the taser dislodged from the taser somehow, also during the struggle? Would this rendered the taser useless to either person.
  11. I fixed it for you. How do you know Scott grabbed the officer's taser and fired it at him? Was the cartridge in the taser at the time the taser went off?
  12. Yes according to the story it was a supervising officer. What's your point? The vehicle should have moved away from filiming the action to filming a tree? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Txi5crHQpd4
  13. When the back up arrived the mele began. When a superivisor arrives things are supposed to be handled better not worse. Why would the car with the camera be moved only to park it where the action is then off camera?
  14. I stand corrected. 2 were shot and 1 was killed. To answer your question. Hell yes, it was police brutality. The officers' approach was completely wrong from the outset. Especially with the welfare of children at stake. I think the entire situation was mishandled and could have been resolved without escalating into chaos. Because excessive force was used upon arrival, someone is dead and children's lives were put at risk. These days, too many police officers have no understanding of how to assertively finesse compliance. Everything is always a show of brute force. Firemen don't bring t
  15. So you are saying LE is entitled to due process but suspects are only entitled to a decent burial?
  16. I'll take the "bait". What's your point? Are you trying to illustrate the disparity of the level of restraint police officers show black people as opposed to white people? After an extended scuffle the person who was shot was only shot once. They didn't empty the gun on any of the alleged perps. Whether there is a disparity in sentencing upon any conviction remains to be seen. The police officer on the ground was struck by fellow officers at least twice by accident. Once he was kicked in the face and another time he was clubbed in the head.
  17. You are starting to bore me, son. I'll see ya when I see ya. You never did answer, how's your Mom?
  18. Promises, promises... Mom's not in Georgia but she's doing fine. How's your mom?
  19. I gave you the benefit of any doubt that their act was a hate crime. It is the hate that hate made yet a hate crime all the same. You on the other hand, being the hypocritemeister you are, would give every excuse in the book why the guy should have been abused were the shoe on the other foot. Definitely if the victim is assaulted by police officers. I bet your bunghole is oozing with jealousy over the sheeze that comes out of your mouth.
  20. I've never seen Jesse and Al complain about it but it seems you are complaining. I guess that makes you worse than they are.
  21. Racism and bigotry often hide in the shadows of truth. This was a bigotted attack and a hate crime. But to be racist you must hold power over the group being attacked. Now I ask you, is the OP race baiting or not?
  22. Clearly you don't or you would understand the meaning behind the event.
