  1. I guess I should have asked... I take Judo there and do this when I have the time. I'm kinda hooked on it now though because I'm learning something different and I want to lose a few pounds. I don't know what the costs for this would be. I think they are running a "First month free" special now. You can also show up and get a tour. Really cool people. They also have a kids class that we take our son to.
  2. Do some type of strength training along with some cardio. For eating, I'll pass on the best thing I have read... In the morning eat like Prince During lunch eat like a King For dinner eat like a Pauper Also, you can check out the topic I started for fitness boxing. Be prepared to work your butt off though…
  3. I have that short, fat, bald guy look. No one messes with me.... This is off Cleburne parkway. Past Hooters where they just put in the New gas station. Take a right and it's right before the Trail. (if coming from Hiram)
  4. McCleary Martial Arts has a "fitness boxing" class that I just started going to. Lets just say I didn't know how out of shape I really was... You'll get a crazy work out and learn some boxing fundamentals along the way. If you're looking for something different to make you sweat, give this a try. I'm pretty sure they are a commerce member here. Their website is www.mcclearymartialarts.com
  5. Leave your tag number so he/she can return the favor later!
  6. Click here for the link BACKGROUND: There is a lack of effective systemic or adequate symptomatic treatment for pain associated with fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS). Anecdotes suggest ultraviolet (UV) light may be of some benefit. CONCLUSIONS: Results from this pilot study suggest that tanning beds may have some potential in reducing pain in persons with FMS. I know there are some with FMS here. Have you used a tanning bed? How did your results compare?
  7. He's paid her around $110,000 in tax free money since their divorce. I'd make sure to bring that up as well...
  8. Are you planning on keeping the child support while she is in college? He is already paying for a good portion of college if he's paying $800 a month while she goes to school for the first 2+ years. She'll have over $19,000 dollars to use for college if she simply saves here 19th and 20th years of child support. If I were him, this is the argument I'd use if you went back to court. $19,000 would buy half of a degree (his share) at many colleges. I'd say you need to be careful when opening that can of worms. I'd also be very careful in listening to many of the Paulding county lawyers in w
  9. I thought George Bush was to blame???
  10. I would have liked to have been there. I need to join the Chamber.
  11. There is a virus that causes this. I was doing some work at a college last month and there were several that came in with the same problem. I'll see if I can get back in contact with the admin that was fixing them because I don't remember what he said the issue was.
  12. Haven't forgotten about this. Been yanked in a few different directions lately. Hope to follow up soon.
  13. It would be awesome if someone would reopen the drag strip!
  14. So we have three so far. I can drum a few more off line. I have a place to meet that is in Dallas down from the hospital. Not the best environment for an IT group, but has some seating and internet access. Anyone else interested?
  15. I've been really busy as of late. Basically been living in TX! I pop in every now and then though. Hope you are doing well!
  16. What do you think the president is looking at in this picture?
  17. I know there are a few geeks running around the local area. Any interested in starting a local IT group. It'd really informal to start. Basically it encompasses all aspects of IT. I'm thinking it'd be a good way to network and meet others that can help with questions, problems, certification and such. I travel a lot, but home on most weekends. I have access to a public place to meet, but it's just chairs and internet access. Any interest?
  18. What is their solution for the bits of paper that tear off and get stuck “up in there”?
  19. I’m doing some work near the border of Mexico in a Library. I’ve been here since Monday and have witnessed a few things that got me thinking… Yesterday, parents brought their children ranging from infants to 10 or so in to sing “learning” songs in English. Some sang along well enough that I suppose they have been doing it for some time while others struggled to keep up. Today a mother whom I don’t believe spoke English or if she did very broken English, brought her daughter in to read books. Not that big of a deal up front, but my impression was she was doing it learn English. The l
  20. If he was using some kind of soft phone like yahoo or skype on his computer it could have been done. "Hijacking an IP" can mean a lot of things to someone without an indept knowledge of how the internet works. Could have also been done if he had a modem connected to the PC. There are programs that will let you us a modem as a phone port.
  21. We live off Cleburne. They have the road shut down. One of the helicopters was landing less than ten minutes ago.
