Trust me...i had to hold back. Nevermind that it's month end and year end for us, and along with all of my regular duties my boss threw this project on me at the worse time. He's been sitting on it for a year. That is what i was working on, it also has to be done by year end.

I wish i had now, had no idea i could. I did make it a point to tell my insurance company word for word what she said about going to therapy, and I even told them where bc we were right up the road from it. Sigh. Oh well.

The check she got for medical wasn't large. It was for her and her son, and she actually hasn't even received it yet. Supposedly the insurance company sent it out a couple weeks ago. What I don't understand is if it was agreed upon with the insurance company, why does the driver have the right to dispute it? I rear ended a woman about a year ago and they paid her 5000 in medical, there is NO WAY i caused that much damage. It's so irritating. The person she hit is my sister, drives an old run down vehicle that barely gets from point a to b. The woman that hit her was in a Volkswagon SUV and was talking about how she was leaving to go on vacation the next day. Why would you put someone that obviously has much less than you through so much grief. People are so inconsiderate these days.

If someone rear ends you, their insurance sends a check for the damages to your car, as well as for medical expenses. How can that person then turn around and take you to court? What could be the reasons they could/would do this?
