Ok, so I should have already done this. Anyhoo, although I sent off my money order and paper work for my daughters birth certificate, I never received it. My insurance company is requiring proof of any dependents added in 2008 going forward so I have to provide them with that by May 1st, which I JUST realized is Saturday. Where do I go to get her birth certificate and what do I need to take with me?

Thank you I should be able to do it. The cable guy went by my moms today (it's for her) and she said he showed her how to do it. Depending on where you are located could I come by on my way home? We are in the new hope area and I get off work around 6-630 from marietta.

My mom said she called walmart and the cheapest one was like 30 bucks.

I am. For the exact reason you mentioned, i can't bare the thought of knowing one of my organs could save a life after i'm gone, yet not allow it to be used. I think that's a different situation.
