Ideas For Non-Dairy Creamy Mushroom Sauce?
ButterflyLion replied to ButterflyLion's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Thanks for the suggestions. I plan on experimenting and see what I can come up with. I have thought about using purees of cauliflower or yellow squash. I saw one sauce that use tofu so there seem to be quite a few options. -
Jesus said He would send the Holy Spirit to comfort and counsel us. I pray that you and your husband experience that in your lives.

Thanks! I hadn't thought about using white bean puree. Thanks! Is coconut milk better to use than say almond milk? -

Your post reminded me of this article. It talks about how this girl's parents didn't know for years how bright she was: ... But autism is different from many disorders with which it is frequently lumped together: Though 44% of autistic people have mild to moderate mental retardation, some have none at all, according to National Core Indicators, which collects data on the disabled. Often, autistic adults capabilities are masked by a lack of social skills or an inability to articulate ideas. That was the case with Danauntil a few years ago, when she went to a program in Austin, Tex., a

Was the teacher also being mean to the students--or just got hurt in the fight? How long had they worked with children? Why do you think they wanted the jobs they held if they didn't have a heart for children?

He makes some good points: Dr. David Sortino Awakening every child's genius Creating A Success Identity Friday, March 23, 2012 at 9:54 by David.Sortino Every child and/or adolescent should have the opportunity to create a “success identity.” It is particularly important during the 7 to 11 year old stage of development as described by Harvard social psychologist, Erik Erikson, as “Industry versus Inferiority.” At this stage children need to create, to be industrious and experience success in any form and/or activity. If not, according to Erickson, they begin experiencing a sens

Some of you may remember when this was reported a couple of months ago. A man who was totally nude walked into a Walmart and shoplifted a pair of socks: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YXRY30FK5Ps -

Reading that just makes me think about all the material Lewis Grizzard missed out on by dying when he did. RIP Lewis. -

I noticed the poster mentioned a member named Bouquet and a child's death in an accident so I thought maybe it was the same.
-
Is this the same death mentioned in post 7 of this thread about some pets being left? http://paulding.com/forum/index.php/topic/286873-mean-dogs/page__pid__3626976#entry3626976 It all sounds very sad.

Richard Speck Horrible Murders Of 8 Student Nurses
ButterflyLion replied to ButterflyLion's topic in RECENT TOPICS
This article was published in 2011: ... Speck escaped the electric chair because the U.S. Supreme Court remanded 41 death sentences on the ground that the juries had not been selected in accordance with Witherspoon v. Illinois. Twenty years ago, Speck suffered a fatal heart attack in prison on the eve of his 50th birthday. http://www.chicagolawbulletin.com/News-Extra/martin-07-14-11.aspx -
I was 12 years old. The coverage in the media is something I've never forgotten. Does anyone else remember when it happened? The murders At 11:00 PM on July 13, 1966, Speck broke into a townhouse located at 2319 East 100th Street in the Jeffery Manor neighborhood of Chicago. It was functioning as a dormitory for several young student nurses, some of whom were Filipinas. Armed with only a knife (the Illinois Supreme Court opinion recounting the facts of the case reports that the defendant appeared at the door of the townhouse holding a gun[5]), he then killed most of the young women, in

I searched some more and it looks like the GMO sweet corn could be sold in stores as early as this summer.
-
I would like to see more buying options for whole foods and restaurants with more really fresh raw foods. I've seen ads for Souplantation & Sweet Tomatoes but I've never eaten there. For those of you that have how do to like it? Also, are there any other restaurants that serve anything similar?
