Referring to any American as a "fascist" is disgusting behavior on either side. It is usually done by people who shamelessly want other people to pay for stuff they KNOW they should be paying for themselves. Same with inferring conservatives are "racists" or "bigots" or any other such low behavior. How low are we willing to go? Most "political" people fall into one of two categories, people who want something and people who are sick of being forced to give it. Why can't adults take care of themselves? I know you talk to people, so tell them about the grade recovery, no zero thing. It has WRECKED the expectations and motivation of younger people. When they get to college, it is taught in the traditional format. We all have to use the traditional vernacular so students can build from one level to the next. And none of that cutesy stuff, the math tricks people like to use. People need to learn the basic sets of rules if they want to do well later on.
