Dallas browneyes hubby here. Do as one of the responders said and call the local concrete dealers here to see if one of their trucks can dump the left over with you. You will need to have your forms set up and ready to go with all of your tools to finish the concrete because the driver doesn't do that.

This is dallas browneyes hubby here. You might want to check with a concrete contractor or civil engineer about the travel time for concrete in a non-rotating trailer. There is a time limit for transporting concrete or it will start getting old (setting up) and you will have a hard time getting it to dump from the trailer. The company in Marietta may tell you because they do not want you to bring the trailer back with concrete still in it. This is why you see the tubs on the trucks rotating as they are driving down the road. It's been over thiry years since I was inspecting but I think we

Hubby and I went for the 1:00 taping today and we had a fantastic time. We got to High five with Sharon Osburne, Piers Morgan and Howie Mandell as they came down the aisle right by us. Also Nick Cannon was on stage. It was so much fun and we got to see a lot of good talent. Loved every minute

Thanks for the recipes Surepip and naturegirl. Can't wait to try them. Maybe I should have a french onion soup party and invite everyone over. Sounds like a good idea to me! I think it is time we have a p.com party...what do ya think!
-
Surepip, I love french onion soup and I have been trying to find a really good recipe. Would you share your recipe please.... In the meantime, hubby and I decide to take our niece to see the movie Hop. After waiting in line with a thousand people, well, it felt like a thousand, I was too pooped to cook. We stopped by Brair Patch and picked up the barbecue sandwich special. BTW the movie was great and well worth the wait.
