  1. No, you are correct. You have to be 21 to own a pistol. You don't have to be 21 to do the following: You don't have to be 21 to possess a pistol if you are hunting and have one and possess a valid hunting license. You are on your way or at a sport shooting event where you will participate with the firearm. You are in direct supervision of a legal guardian. You are on property owned by a legal guardian and have their permission to possess on said property. At 18 years of age, you cannot get a Georgia Weapons License.
  2. Yep... just don't forget to clean the lead in and lead out ports where the valve goes on to the manifold. It's not always the valve, the ports that the valve allows/disallows passages can be blocked and the valve be perfectly fine. Also, if you are going to get an auto parts store valve (I recommend factory, but I realize sometimes people can't afford the extra $), be sure to get a gasket with it. Most parts store valves that I have replaced don't come with the gasket. To clean the ports, depending on how they are configured, I use a metal drill flex rod and a copper brush from
  3. I doubt the law in Kennesaw really has any bearing on the crime rates in Kennesaw. It's more like the majority of the people who live there are good, honest, hard working, responsible people. The law is not enforcable. In the law itself, it basically has any exclusion so that if the homeowner doesn't wish to have a gun, they are exempt from the law. Places like Chiacgo, like many other large cities (New York, Pittsburgh, Los Angeles) have higher crime rates due to the "inner city mentality." The inner city, majority (not all) believe that society has oppressed them and they are

Blah, blah, blah... Prove your education. Post your transcripts. I will then prove you wrong on the quotes. Otherwise, blah, blah, blah... broken record zoo-nochio.

No, I didn't say they were in the essays. Again, you're wrong. I'm not back tracking anything. You just won't get it through your thick skull and you don't know how citations work. One can't prove a negative? So, you are saying that a person cannot do research and find where someone has investigated something and found no evidence that it existed and can't to the conclusion that it didn't exist? You are correct on one thing... you don't know much about science. Negatives are proven all the time in science. Ever heard of "evidence of absence?" Negatives are proven in math
  6. It still does... but it's a yearly waiver. When it fails again next year, you have to spend the same $841 in repairs to get another waiver. Replacing an EGR will be less than $100 if he does it himself and probably $160 if he has a mechanic do it... Chances are, it can be remedied for much less than the max expenditure that is needed to get the waiver.
  7. Provided it's not an electronically operated EGR valve. Knowing the year and make of the truck would help...

Anyone who has read any of your posts knows you are full of sheeze. Riiiiight. And you don't know how to cite a quote from a source vs cite a quote regarding a source. Again, if it's a fake quote, please provide a link that says Hamilton never made the statement. Please provide a link that says he didn't say it. And please don't say that it's not in the papers, because we know it's not. I have said it's not and have constantly said it was referring to the papers. You are stating he never said it. Please provide proof that he never said it. Where's your links that say it never
  9. There's a big loop hole in that law. If I have a vehicle tested and it passes and I sell that vehicle 3 month later, the law says I have to provide a valid emissions report at the time of the sale. If the problem that causes the vehicle to fail an emissions test arises inside of that year before re-testing, I would have a valid report at the time of the sale.
  10. High NOx readings are most likely a sticking EGR valve. High NOx readings occur when the combustion chamber temperature is too high. The EGR valve allows exhaust gases in to the intake stream and dilutes the air mixture, which causes combustion temperatures to drop. A lean fuel mixture will also cause the problem, but if you have an electronic fuel injected engine, there is not likely a problem with the fuel metering system. When the EGR fails to provide exhaust gases in to the intake stream, that causes a lean condition because there is more air/oxygen going in undiluted.

It's funny they don't exist, but you even stated yourself that you found them all over the internet. No, actually, I did not post them from the essays. And I suggest you go back to school and learn how to cite sources. I did not cite the quotes from any of those from being in the papers. I quoted them as making those statements in regards to the papers. Please go read up on how to quote sources. My presentation was not quoting from the papers. Your right, it's very easy... you just keep dancing around and won't show your proof. As I stated before, please show us pr

Being respectful of the office of the President is different from respecting the man who is in the office. I have the highest respect for the office, but have little respect for the man in that office, at present time. This is one of the things that plagues this country. Neither side will give at all. I support the 2nd Amendment and I'm am big time in to firearms. However, it doesn't take a genius to realize that something could be done. It doesn't have to restrict my rights anymore than current law already has, but both sides want to take it to the extreme... and nothing gets d

Oh, so what I propose isn't good enough, but I am just supposed to accept what you propose? It can be accomplished via third party. It can also be accomplished by posting the transcripts here. Just because YOU want to do it that way doesn't mean I do. The way I proposed can verify both claims too. And as I have stated so many times before, I will give you the cites when you post your transcripts. I don't know why you are so stupid as to not comprehend that concept. Either stop asking or start posting the transcripts or a copy of your degrees. Simple as that.

And you continue to refuse to let people see your records? Privacy, my ass. What do you have to hide? Did you actually take the classes, but have low grades and you don't want people to see that? There is no privacy issue, no matter how you try to spin it and you know it. I don't have to put you on ignore, I already dismiss anything you say already.

That's really funny, because "Constitutional Theory" is a study point in introduction courses to Constitutional Law. I have never seen a course from an accredited university and there is no course when searching online for such, as a single standalone course or certificate program. Are you stating you had a "class" or a "program" in "Constitutional Theory?" As far as it relating to civil liberties, civil liberty course work is almost always has a prerequisite of the first level introduction to Constitutional Law. So, you are telling me that you took law courses in History? Right.

No, that's NOT what you simply stated. That's what you kept bellowing. I said you don't have a degree in "Constitutional Thought," because such a degree does not exist. You NEVER ONCE said that you had a "certificate" in "Constitutional Thought" nor that you don't have a degree in that area. Are you now saying that you don't have a DEGREE in "Constitutional Thought?" Fantastic. You have FINALLY comprehended the challenge. Holy trucking hell! Never-mind my previous statement, no you haven't comprehended the challenge. You are the dumbest individual that I have ever ha

Nope, not pissed at all. It takes a hell of a lot more than some peon on the internet to get me pissed. It's quite funny how she gets called out, but refused to disclose her education here and then blasts me for not wanting to part in an illegal gamble. When I tell her I am willing to compare Constitutional education, she goes off on some other rant and agrees to that... She's out gunned and she knows it, so she's throwing other things in the mix that she thinks will help her case. She won't stick to the one topic, which this whole discussion was about and that is the

Yes, I do have science degree. Again, irrelevant to the topic of education relating to the Constitution. Why do you keep eluding to other areas that are irrelevant? Are you scared that you won't actually have a comparison? I'm not saying it again... I've said it more than once. Your stupidity is astounding.

Yes, you are indeed that stupid. No, I am not backing out. I have said over and over and over again that I WILL compare my education in Constitutional law with your education on the Constitution. I have said that from the begining. Because you are a trucking idiot and can't understand that and you want to compare all your other irrelevant education. One last time. I will compare my education in Constitutional law with your education in the Constitution. YOU are the one backing out because you keep eluding to other irrelevant comparisons. YOU don't want that compa

You really are stupid, aren't you? How many times do I have to say it... I WILL NOT PARTAKE IN AN ILLEGAL BET. If you want to be a criminal, fine. I will not. Wrong. History is a wide encompassing subject. Constitutional law is what I said I would do and that is exactly what I i will compare. Again, are you stupid? Remember, I said NOTHING about Economics, Leadership, or Finance. And if you are going to tell me that you have a degree in leadership, just like "Constitutional Theory," you are a damn nut, plain and simple. Sorry, it doesn't matter where the money
  22. Nitro

Yes, it says that I am willing to bet... not that I will. Once again, I do not partake of criminal activity. And what I said was that I have more education in Constitutional LAW... not some made up "Constitutional Thought" that doesn't exist. I will GLADLY compare education of Constitutional LAW with you. Unfortunately, you are not willing to share yours.. why? Because you are lying about having them. And why is it that every time you ask me to cite my source and I ask you to prove your education, you change the subject again?

Now, about those degrees from that University that you supposed got those degrees from? And about that degree that doesn't exist? You share, I share... simple as that. Why are you refusing this? Zoo-nochio.

Yeah, ok. #1. Gambling is illegal in the state of Georgia. In the amounts you suggest, it is even a felony. I'm sorry, but I don't take part in felonious activities. If you wish to engage in criminal behavior, by all means, do so, but I would strongly suggest you not advertise it on a publicly open forum. #2. What you wanted to wager is ridiculous. You want to claim that you are better educated in the areas that YOU are supposedly educated in? Last time I checked, I never claimed to be better educated than you in any of those areas. And if you want to talk about the "
