I agree, they do usually check themselves. On the flip side, when I was in training at Rooms To Go, our regional manager told us to be kind to everyone because you don't know what they are going through. A customer that may seem mean or unkind may be coming to buy beds for family members coming in for a funeral.

Obviously that teacher needs to be fired.
