Hmm, I wonder what was going on that day?

I thought for sure there would be at least one thread about the police chase on Cedarcrest involving Cobb and Paulding. Local schools were on lockdown. It seems the sheriff's have the bad guy in custody. Not sure at this time why he was being chased.

On the Bentwater FB page several women are reported being approached in the grocery store by an aggressive tall black male in his 30's. He approached one lady at Kroger on 41.....and followed her to Publix on Cedarcrest and 41. I saw this on FB last night and figured it would be worth sharing for those of us with older children: Hey I need to let everyone know that this afternoon Logan was outside doing some yard work and a white van pulled up and stopped in the middle of Holland Road and told him they had a free iPhone 6 for him if he would get in the van. He told them no and started walking away and they drove off. He said it was a solid white utility van. The person driving was a white male in his 30's or 40's with a small beard. The passenger was a black female about the same age. I have made a police report.
