I don't think so, but my opinion may be skewed. I am so sick of seeing people out of jail after serving 2% of a sentence.

This was definitely someone that knows the victim or of him because nobody was going to drive past that trailer and think they were going to come up by robbing it.

In the 80's in upstate NY boys still brought guns to school. Nobody felt threatened by them because nobody was stupid enough to take them into the school and try to kill everyone.

This whole story just makes me so damn mad and wish we would have all been able to help.

That is what I got from the link: The GBI is investigating the fatal shooting early Sunday of an Emerson man who was found inside the warning lane on I-75 southbound at the Cobb-Cherokee county line. GBI spokesman Scott Dutton said armed robbers kidnapped the victim, whose name is not being released pending notification of relatives, from his home on 11th Street in Emerson around 9 a.m. His body was discovered on the interstate about an hour later by a passing motorist, who called 911.

My kids were sick last month. I got them all treated and would up with a lovely case of pneumonia for myself.
