I don't think so. I don't think he is any danger of losing. Even if he were he would stand by his beliefs. Getting elected is not all this man is about. I did not know him until the last election but have come to respect him a great deal. He loves Paulding County and works hard for it's residents and I know how much time he spends working with the youth programs. All I can say is that I may disagree with him but I trust and respect him.

I had an honest discussion with him and I know he does not support it. I don't fault him for it either. He has more info on how it would effect his Department than I do. I do wish he would change his mind in the future but I expect that may have to do with the money he has to work with. If the SPLOST does not pass he will have less if I am not mistaken.

I so agree with that!!! I have already voted and they are irritating the heck out of me.

I have come to look forward to your posts. Usually a voice with some logic and reason to it mixed with a tad of sarcasm/humor. -
Here is one: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,34187,00.html People on every continent watched in horror as astonishing images of terror in the United States filled their television screens. But in the West Bank town of Nablus, Palestinians cheered and distributed candy to passers-by, and Iraqi television played a patriotic song that began "Down with America!" as it showed the World Trade Center towers collapsing.

No. I haven't looked but I know there has been an attempt to stop any mention of things that are not favorable to the Muslim Religion by the present Administration.
-
Well that confirms it. You don't have a clue about this subject.
-
Iran and the Palestinians I remember clearly. I don't have time to get links right now. I will find them later if you haven't had them sent by someone else.
-
No they aren't! They are honored by their countries and religion. There was dancing in the streets after Americans were killed in the 9-11 attack.

Anyone see this article about Steve Golden?

You mean we might have to rescue them both if they visit a particular Island. Hank based one of his votes on whether or not it might tip over after all. -
Because others are destroying it. Why do you think there are so many different Christian Churches? Because they did not believe in what the Mother church was doing. Why do you think they left England to have freedom of religion. Those who don't go along with extremists need to leave and do the same.

I will be voting for at least one Libertarian in the General. Never for anyone who will hold hands with a Socialist. -

Hey, I'm with you on most of what you say here. I have voted that way for the past few years. That does not change what is being done to a couple of candidates who have stepped up to serve their County. I will defend ANYONE who does that against this kind of attack. Does not matter whether I would vote for them or their opponent. This is disgusting. Show proof or stop this. -

I will be voting for a conservative Republican who told the truth and stood behind it by putting his name to it. Does not matter whether I would have chosen to do the same or not. The choice was not mine to make. If another conservative candidate wins I will stand with him/her in the General. I will not vote for someone in the same party with Obama. -
I don't hate anyone. I just face the facts as much as I am saddened by them and the way they may reflect on the innocent in the Muslim faith. They really need to break away and start their own branch. They need to distance themselves and speak out against those who would do us harm.

Off topic again I see.

You didn't say that about the candidate for the 19th District? Do I sense another agenda here other than protection of the reputation of the Republican Party. I will pray for all concerned and hope that a family is not destroyed because of allegations a day before a race. I will wait for proof that SHE is not fit. -
I stuck with him too and for other reasons. I hope he wins.
-
I stood in front of the booth before I decided in two races. One local race and the one for Governor.

I am always more biased when it comes to my friends and family. That extends to what happens to my country. I have not forgotten who attacked it and I won't. I also do my homework on folks who want to destroy my friends and family. Yes, I do have a different opinion from yours. I still respect your right to yours.
-
I think my opinion comes from a less biased perspective. I would expect nothing less from some one whose opinion and loyalty I respect. Has nothing to do with the topic. Distract is your word of the day I guess.
-
I think you may be right. Pubby, don't help any more!
-
I am absolutely serious. Truth is hard to argue with. Sorry if it does not fit with your idea of the Muslim Religion.

Is there a unbiased website which explains each

The AJC wanted my exact address which I will not give them. If they are like most voter guides they only have the incumbents listed. That won't help in contested primaries. -
He has denied he did it for any Religious or racist reasons. He did it because he wanted to save babies and was against "A" word. Had nothing to do with a religious cause. Another Nut with a blind cause but not religion.
