oh! thanks! i divorced my children's father in VA. custody was not assigned at that time. instead, a 'dissolution of marriage' was issued. custody was a whole nother court case. in GA, do they do it all at once?

I'm missing the correlation between getting divorced and preventing your daughter from living with her father. Terminating his parental rights on the grounds of abandonment might work, depending on her age.

My distorted thinking usually begins about 6:30pm. That first ice cold Coors light goes down so quickly. Sometimes it happens in the morning, too. Not the beer. The confusion and distorted thinking arrives when I stretch and feel more feet than I own in the bed. Often, it returns, the distorted thinking, not the foot, around 2pm when I need a boost an take a pill. Pcom has crap to do with whether or no I'm thinking clearly. I don't come here to have my intelligence or self worth validated. That's what strip clubs are for!
